Sugar-Free Low-Carb Peanut Butter Cookies
These healthy peanut butter cookies taste just like the real thing minus all of the sugar. Eat these like candy, because you can!

- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¾ cup Splenda
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- ¼ t sea salt
- 1 t vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all of the ingredients until well combined and a dough has formed.
Place 1 T sized balls of dough on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Flatten cookies slightly by making a criss-cross mark on the cookies with a fork.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the edges are golden.
