Simple Tabbouleh

- 1 ½ cup tomatoes diced
- ½ t salt
- ½ t pepper
- ½ cup bulgar
- 3 cups parsley chopped
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and combine.
Cook the bulgar serparately according to the directions on the package.
Prep the parsley by removing it from the stems. Chop it by adding it to a food processor or by using a knife.
Add the parsley and bulgar to the tomatoes.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
