Quick Asian Chicken

The minimal ingredients in this recipe make it extremely easy, quick, and versatile. It has the perfect amount of salt, fat, acid, and heat to make a satisfying meal.

- 3 chicken breasts
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ t pepper
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T canola oil
- 2 T sugar-free honey
- 2 T sugar-free brown sugar
- 1 T gochujang
- 1 splash lemon juice
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ t pepper
Salt and pepper your chicken breasts.
In a saucepan over low/medium heat, combine the soy sauce, canola oil, honey, brown sugar, gochujang, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
In a separate pan, cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Add the sauce to the pan that the chicken is in. Cook the chicken in the sauce for about 1 minute on each side.
