Preheat oven to 325° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together the butter and brown sugar using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or whisk until well combined.
Add egg and vanilla extract and combine.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Place 1 T sized spoonfuls of the batter on your baking sheet about an inch apart.
Bake for 14-17 minutes, or until browned at the bottom. The time will vary depending on your oven!
