Kitchen Sink Cookie Skillet
Sarah Mikulski
All of your favorite things in a cookie skillet. Salted caramel popcorn, pretzels, M & M's, and white chocolate chips. You're welcome.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 25 minutes mins
- 2 sticks butter room temperature
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t kosher salt
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1-2 cups Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn Spring Confetti
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until well combined.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips and popcorn.
Grease an oven-safe skillet with butter. I used a 9-inch cast iron and had some left over. I would just use whatever size you have on hand, but I wouldn't go over 10 inches.
Add all of the dough into the skillet and spread it so it covers the entirety of the skillet evenly.
Bake for 25-27 minutes, or until cooked all of the way through.
