Ice Cream Croissant

I think the picture does this one justice. Pastries + ice cream = happiness. Need I say more?

- 1 croissant
- 2-3 scoops ice cream of your choice
- toppings of your choice
Cut your croissant down the middle, but not all of the way through, leaving it on a hinge.
Open it up and heat it either in the microwave, on a panini press, in a pan, in a toaster, etc. As long as it's warm and toasty, you'll be good!
Add your ice cream into the pocket of the croissant.
Top it with whatever you'd like.
