Hone Ricotta Ravioli

The perfect sweet and savory ravioli. Honey and herbs placed inside a soft, pillowy ravioli and surrounded by a brown butter sage sauce.

Ingredients
  

Honey Ricotta Filling

  • 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 5 T honey
  • ½ t rosemary
  • ½ t sage
  • ½ t thyme
  • ¼ t sea salt
  • ¼ t black pepper

Brown Butter Sage Sauce

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 t sage
  • ¼ t sea salt

Other

  • pasta dough

Instructions
 

  • Using another chef's recipe and instructions, make your ravioli dough.
  • In a large bowl, combine all honey ricotta ingredients.
  • Using your own ravioli tools, or a YouTube video, fill your raviolis with the honey ricotta mixture and seal.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add your raviolis and cook for 3 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan over low/medium heat, add your butter and let it melt.
  • Cook the butter for 1-2 minutes or until it gets brown and foamy.
  • Take it off of the heat and add the sage and sea salt.
  • Add the sauce to the raviolis and serve!
