Healthy Sherbet

A no-carb, no sugar ice cream that can be made in minutes. The flavor is there but the guilt is not!
- 1 0.3 oz box of sugar-free Jell-O
- ⅓ cup boiling water
- ⅓ cup cold water
- 1 T heavy whipping cream you can sub for dairy-free heavy whipping cream for a dairy-free treat!
- ½ t vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed ice
Pour the Jell-O mix into a small bowl. Add the boiling water and stir until the Jell-O has dissolved.
Add the cold water, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract.
Pour the crushed ice into a blender and pour your mixture over it.
Blend until smooth.
