Healthy Korean Chicken Bowl
Low-carb, sugar-free, gluten-free Korean chicken bowl.

Chicken
- 2-3 chicken breast
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 T low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1 T gochujang
- 2 T sugar free brown sugar
- 1 t chili powder
- 1 t ground ginger
- 1 t garlic powder
Other
- 1 cup brown rice
- vegetables of your choice When trying to make things quickly, vegetable steamer bags are your best friend.
Dice your chicken.
Combine the canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, chili powder, ground ginger, and garlic powder.
Combine the diced chicken and sauce.
Start cooking your rice and vegetables according to the package.
Add the chicken to a pan over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring every so often.
Add the rice, vegetables, and chicken to a bowl.
