Add the ground beef turkey to a pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder. Combine and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Lay the snack sized tortillas on a baking sheet and spread the olive oil over both sides.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes on each side.
To assemble, lay the tortilla flat. Add 1 T of queso to the tortilla and spread it in a circle, about the size of the snack size tortillas.
Add the cooked ground beef or turkey on top.
Lay the baked snack size tortilla on top of that and add 1 T of queso and the 2 T of shredded cheddar.
Lay an unbaked snack size tortilla on top of that. Fold the edges on the larger torilla in. There are great videos on Youtube explaining the folding process!
Heat a pan over medium/high heat and place the folded crunchwrap bottom side down into the pan. Cook for about 1 minute.
Flip and cook for an additional minute.
