Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Dairy-Free Any Fruit Breakfast Crumble

- 1-2 cups any fruit enough to at least lay in a complete layer on the bottom of a small baking dish
- ½ lemon
- 3 T nut butter your choice!
- 2 T sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 T water
- ¼ t sea salt
- ¼ t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Prepare whatever fruit you have chosen to use. Lay in on the bottom of a small baking dish.
Squeeze half of a lemon's juice over the fruit. If you don't like the taste of lemon, you can totally omit this step!
Whisk together the nut butter, syrup, water, sea salt, and cinnamon.
Add oats to the peanut butter mixture and combine.
Spread the oat mixture in an even layer on top of your fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes.
