Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

These crispy, garlic-y brussels sprouts are the perfect complement to any meal. They're healthy, fun and make this vegetable worth eating.

- 1 lb. brussels sprouts
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 T fresh parsley
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ t pepper
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Cut the ends off of your brussels sprouts and peel off the outer layer. Cut them in half.
In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the brussels sprouts over the baking sheet evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
