Egg Drop Soup

This incredibly easy and healthy soup will hit the spot when you don't have the time to make a huge meal. The Asian flavors don't come at a price and this soup can be enjoyed across many different healthy lifestyles.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken broth or whatever broth you have on hand
  • 1 t ground ginger
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ΒΌ cup green onions chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add broth, ginger, and soy sauce to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
  • Slowly stream in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup in one direction.
  • Add green onions, salt, and pepper.
