Egg Drop Soup

This incredibly easy and healthy soup will hit the spot when you don't have the time to make a huge meal. The Asian flavors don't come at a price and this soup can be enjoyed across many different healthy lifestyles.
Cook Time 20 minutes mins
- 4 cups chicken broth or whatever broth you have on hand
- 1 t ground ginger
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 eggs beaten
- ΒΌ cup green onions chopped
- salt
- pepper
Add broth, ginger, and soy sauce to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
Slowly stream in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup in one direction.
Add green onions, salt, and pepper.
