Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake + Coffee Icing

Dark Chocolate Cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup dark cocoa powder
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t sea salt
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 ¾ milk
Coffee Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3-4 T coffee
Dark Chocolate Cake
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Combine sugar, flour, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.
Add the eggs, melted coconut oil, and milk. Combine.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool.
Coffee Icing
Combine the powdered sugar and coffee. If too thin, add more powdered sugar. If too thick, add more coffee.
Drizzle it on top of the cooled bundt cake.
Dust or sift the top with powdered sugar.
