Brussels Sprouts Pasta

Butter, honey, and sage all come together to ensure a fantastic eating experience. The light sauce compliments both the brussels sprouts and the noodles creating an amazing meal.
- 10 brussels sprouts halved
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 1 T honey
- ¼ t sea salt
- ¼ t pepper
- ½ t sage
- ½ lb. pasta noodles sub gluten-free for gluten-free recipe!
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a deep pan.
Add the brussels sprouts and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Set the brussels sprouts to the side.
In the same pan, heat the stick of butter over medium heat. Cook it until it starts to get brown and foamy, about 3 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper, and honey while the pan is still over heat. Mix well.
Take the pan off of the heat and add the sage.
Add the brussels sprouts back in and add your pasta noodles. Serve.
