Brussels Sprouts Pasta

Butter, honey, and sage all come together to ensure a fantastic eating experience. The light sauce compliments both the brussels sprouts and the noodles creating an amazing meal.
Servings 4 people

Ingredients
  

  • 10 brussels sprouts halved
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 T honey
  • ¼ t sea salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • ½ t sage
  • ½ lb. pasta noodles sub gluten-free for gluten-free recipe!

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a deep pan.
  • Add the brussels sprouts and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Set the brussels sprouts to the side.
  • In the same pan, heat the stick of butter over medium heat. Cook it until it starts to get brown and foamy, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the salt, pepper, and honey while the pan is still over heat. Mix well.
  • Take the pan off of the heat and add the sage.
  • Add the brussels sprouts back in and add your pasta noodles. Serve.
