BBQ Bacon Whiskey Chicken Kebab
This barbequed chicken kebab is low carb, sugar free, and ketogenic friendly!

- ¾ cup sugar-free barbeque sauce
- ¼ cup whiskey optional
- 3 chicken breasts cubed
- 2 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- ½ t garlic powder
- ½ t onion powder
- 3 T paprika
- 3 T sugar-free brown sugar I use Truvia
- 6 sliced bacon or turkey bacon
In a food processor or blender, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, and bacon. Pulse until a smooth paste forms.
Combine the whiskey and sugar-free BBQ sauce. Set aside.
Coat the cubed chicken in the bacon paste. It's easiest to toss it together in a big bowl.
Place cubed chicken pieces on a skewer.
Cook your kebabs on a grill or in a pan until cooked through.
Brush the kebabs with the BBQ sauce mixture and grill for an additional minute
