Instructions
Pre-cook whatever noodles you're using.
Combine your cubed chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sesame seeds.
In a small bowl, combine the gochujang, honey, soy sauce, and rice wine.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or a pan and add chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside.
In the same wok or pan, add the other 2 T of vegetable oil and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add your vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add your chicken and noodles.
Add the sauce you made earlier. Mix it thoroughly together into the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 1 additional minute.
