Sugar-Free Root Beer Float Popsicles
I’m a sucker for popsicles and I’m a sucker for root beer floats. I’m also a sucker for combining and creating things that I love if you haven’t noticed yet. This solved my problem of some of the difficulties that I’ve faced while drinking a root beer float.
A) The ice cream doesn’t fit through a straw.
B) Once you start eating it with a spoon, it loses all of its purpose.
So, as anyone else would do, I just turned it into a popsicle. You can use these popsicle wrappers (you can find them on Amazon, just type in popsicle wrapper) or you can use a popsicle mold. You could also go old school and do the ice cube tray, saran wrap, and toothpick method. Whatever way you do it, you’re gonna love it.
