Sugar-Free Gluten-Free Low-Carb Vegan Dark Chocolate Raspberry Protein Breakfast Cookies
Another version of those all-encompassing breakfast cookies. These ones are dark chocolate and have fresh raspberries in them for those who want a punch of something else. Making these in advance and grabbing them for breakfast or having them around after a workout is two ways that these cookies can make your life easier.
Sugar-Free Gluten-Free Low-Carb Vegan Dark Chocolate Raspberry Protein Breakfast Cookies
Version 2 of 2 of these all-encompassing breakfast cookies. The fresh raspberries and dark chocolate make these babies a straight up hit.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ bananas ripe
- ⅓ cup almond butter or any nut butter
- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup Arbonne Raspberry Truffle pea protein powder
- 2 T dark cocoa powder
- 2 T sugar-free honey linked on Mick's List
- ¼ t sea salt
- 1 cup raspberries chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mash together the bananas and the almond butter.
- Add the oats. Combine.
- Add the Arbonne Protein Powder, cocoa powder, honey, and sea salt. Combine.
- Add the raspberries. Carefully mix in.
- Scoop 1 T sized balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about 1/2 inch apart.
- Use your hands to flatten them and shape them into cookies.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes.
