And also, an exact replica of your favorite Starbucks drink without sugar is ALWAYS a win. I think I’m forgetting one more thing…oh, yeah! And you don’t have to leave your house to get it! This recipe is simple and replicates the real taste of the Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew almost exactly without any of the sugar. Starbucks Sugar-Free Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew Copycat
A sugar-free replice of the Starbucks salted caramel cold foam cold brew. The sweet and salty cold foam paired with the light caramel syrup and bite of coffee will have you on cloud 9.
Ingredients
Salted Cold Foam
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ½ T Splenda
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt underestimate how much you think you'll need!
Other
- 8 oz. iced coffee or hot coffee over ice
- 1 T Torani sugar-free caramel coffee syrup Or any alternative that is at your grocery store! I'll link the one I use below.
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream, Splenda, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a bowl.
- Using a hand mixer (or whisk if you don't have one) whip until just before peaks form. Think solid, but not too solid. Somewhere in between heavy cream and whipped cream.Hand mixer: About 1-2 minutes.Whisk by hand: About 5-8 minutes.
- Add your iced coffee and caramel syrup to a glass. Top with the salted cold foam and enjoy!
