S’mores Iced Coffee Cocktail

S’mores, iced coffee, whiskey…I hit all of the major food groups, right? Well, at least I hit the only ones that matter. There’s nothing better than a themed cocktail when you’re sitting around the campfire or a fun drink to end a Summer night. I’ll forever be chasing the high that Starbucks S’mores frappucino gives me, and while this doesn’t even touch that, mine has whiskey in it, so I win.

Iced Coffee S’mores Cocktail

Your campfire treat or your new favorite nightcap. Coffee + whiskey + s'mores = happiness.
Cook Time 5 minutes
Servings 2 drinks

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 oz. coffee
  • cup marshmallow fluff
  • cup milk
  • 2 T chocolate syrup
  • 2 T whiskey
  • 4-6 graham crackes crushed

Instructions
 

  • Add a small puddle of chocolate syrup to a plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the chocolate syrup and then into the crushed graham crackers
  • Add the coffee, marshmallow fluff, milk, chocolate syrup, and whiskey to a blender. Blend until it's smooth and combined.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker up with ice. Add the blended drink into it and shake for 15 seconds, until completely chilled.
  • Add a dollop of marshmallow fluff, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a layer of crushed graham crackers to your cocktail glass. Fill the rest up with ice.
  • Pour the drink into the glass.
