Low-Carb + Gluten-Free +Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
I will say this until I’m blue in the face, eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive. One of the main reasons that I got into cooking was because I was sick and tired of torturing myself with boring, tasteless meals that were good for my body but not for my mind. Believe me when I tell you that these chocolate chip cookies rival the real thing. I am able to get all of these items at my local grocery stores and it doesn’t take more than 30 minutes from start to finish to make!

Notes
Sugar-free brown sugar:
Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
Sugar-Free chocolate chips:
Lily’s Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips – there are tons of different flavors of these chocolate chips (white, dark, salted caramel, etc.) so you can customize the cookies to your taste!
Ghirardelli Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Bar – there are many different brands that carry unsweetened chocolate bars for baking. I will either cut mine up with a knife or pop it in my food processer. Since there is no sugar substitute, they will have a more bitter taste.
