Honey Ricotta Ravioli
This is your new favorite ravioli. I know I say that about pretty much everything, but this time I really mean it. There’s definitely a lack of sweeter pasta in the Italian world and you’re as surprised as I am when you look at their selection of desserts. This one hits that perfect balance of sweet and savory. I won’t go into detail about making your own homemade pasta dough because:
- There are so many other people on the internet that are able to do that WAY better than me.
- It is something that is easier seen than said, and given that I barely can form a sentence sometimes, I’d rather you watch a Youtube video.
Making your own pasta is one of the greater things in life, though. And while it is a labor of love, it’s one that is worth it, and I hope you give it a try.
