Honey Ricotta Ravioli

This is your new favorite ravioli. I know I say that about pretty much everything, but this time I really mean it. There’s definitely a lack of sweeter pasta in the Italian world and you’re as surprised as I am when you look at their selection of desserts. This one hits that perfect balance of sweet and savory. I won’t go into detail about making your own homemade pasta dough because:

  1. There are so many other people on the internet that are able to do that WAY better than me.
  2. It is something that is easier seen than said, and given that I barely can form a sentence sometimes, I’d rather you watch a Youtube video.

Making your own pasta is one of the greater things in life, though. And while it is a labor of love, it’s one that is worth it, and I hope you give it a try.
