The perfect snack and the perfect component. These nuts go great in a salad, trail mix, or even on their own. My favorite way to have these is in a salad that I’m going to be posting next!

Healthy Sweet Roasted Nuts

Nuts as a snack are everything. These sweet, caramlized baked babies are perfect for every situation. They're sugar-free and vegan friendly.
Cook Time 20 minutes

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T sugar-free brown sugar
  • ½ t sea salt
  • ½ t cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the nut mixture evenly over the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
