Crumbl Ultimate Peanut Butter Copycat
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup peanut butter creamy
- 3 cups flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t sea salt
- Hubs Peanut Brittle https://www.hubspeanuts.com/product/peanutbrittle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, 1 cup of white sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla, and 1 cup of the peanut butter. Combine.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Combine.
- Using a ½ cup measuring cup, divide the dough into 12 cookies.
- Roll the cookie dough into a ball, and using your thumb, create a little pocket in the middle, as if you're making thumbprint cookies.
- Spoon about 1 tsp of peanut butter into the pockets that you've created in the cookies. Close the cookie dough around the peanut butter and roll into a ball.
- Add ½ cup white sugar to a bowl. Press the dough balls slightly so that they resemble a disc. Press the cookie discs into the sugar. Place the cookies onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes. Until the edges are golden brown.
- While the cookies are baking, add the remaining ½ cup of peanut butter to a Ziploc bag. Run it under warm water so it starts to loosen up.
- Once the cookies have finished baking, Snip the corner of your Ziploc bag, and drizzle the melty peanut butter over top.
- Top the cookies with the peanut brittle.
