Alcoholic Whipped Cream
The second that I saw Cardi B’s Whip Shots, I knew I had to try them. After not being able to get my hands on them, I knew that I had to make them. After pondering it for a little bit, I realized that I’ve been making alcohol-infused whipped cream for as long as I can remember. Or ever since I came of drinking age of course…This whipped cream is so tasty and so versatile and yes, it will give you a little buzz. I have it on top of pie, in my coffee, or just off of a spoon. Eat responsibly!
Alcohol Infused Whipped Cream
Alcoholic whipped cream for your ice cream, coffee, pie…anything!
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4-5 T powdered sugar
- 2-3 T alcohol of choice I prefer Bourbon
- ⅛ t sea salt
Instructions
- Whip together your heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Add your alcohol and sea salt and fold it in until combined.
- Keep whipping it until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
Notes
Add the sugar and alcohol to taste. If you want it sweeter, do all 5 tablespoons of sugar. If you want it less boozy, add less of the alcohol!
