5 Minute Guiltless Sherbet
Making your own no carb, no sugar ice cream in less than 5 minutes? Sounds impossible, but it’s not! This recipe makes it easier than ever to fight sugar cravings. There are only 3 real ingredients, all of which you probably already have in your house. Also, with no added sugar alcohols, or fake sugars, your body will thank you. If you’re not a fan of orange, you can always choose whatever your favorite sugar-free flavor of Jell-O is. Now, stop listening to me and try it for yourself!
Healthy Sherbet
A no-carb, no sugar ice cream that can be made in minutes. The flavor is there but the guilt is not!

Ingredients
- 1 0.3 oz box of sugar-free Jell-O
- ⅓ cup boiling water
- ⅓ cup cold water
- 1 T heavy whipping cream you can sub for dairy-free heavy whipping cream for a dairy-free treat!
- ½ t vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed ice
Instructions
- Pour the Jell-O mix into a small bowl. Add the boiling water and stir until the Jell-O has dissolved.
- Add the cold water, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the crushed ice into a blender and pour your mixture over it.
- Blend until smooth.
